At Grown Alchemist, we are committed to the purity and efficacy of our botanical formulations; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for products in their original condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, items must be unopened and unused to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original protective packaging to ensure they arrive at our laboratory safely and without damage.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
